Problem with receiving calls and sms after updating to new ROM topic

Hello
Yesterday i downloaded this rom G900FXXU1BOC7 - BTU for my S5. I loaded it by ODIN. Everything was ok but after that i can only send message and make a call but nobody can send sms to me and make a call to me. After that i tried change rom to lower version and install this http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/d.../SM-G900F/XEO/. I thought that will helps but nothing happened. I still cant receive sms and call :(

My phone : Samsung Galaxy S5 g900f , region : Poland
