I understand when using the stock autobrightness you can sometimes get the screen to go to around 600 nits, but I've noticed it's very hard to get it there. You basically have to be directly under the sun.

I would like to use an auto brightness app so I can make the dimming less aggressive, but I also don't want to lose the 600 nits feature. Anyone found a solution?
