please please help .. installed wrong recovery topic

hi all ...

i wanted to try android 5.0.1 on my HTC Butterfly S ,, i downloaded TWRP manager and selected latest recovery 2.8.5.0 but i selected HTC butterfly not htc butterfly s ,,

now it says Active cmdline overflow! (1024 bytes) in bootloader when i try to enter the recovery .

i can install CWM old recovery and i can boot in my rom ,, but when i try to get my recovery back 2.8.4.0 the active cmdline overflow error comes back again ,,

please helppppppppp me please ,, i cant change to any new recovery ,,,
