P5210 keeps shutting itself off topic

I'm hoping someone may be able to help me out. As the title says I have a Tab 3 10.1 and it started about 3 weeks ago to shut off on its own. It is not in conjunction with any one operation. I could be on the internet or watching Netflix.... does not matter. This also happens where it is being held or sitting on a stand. When it shuts down, I need to plug the charger in for it to boot back up. The battery can be fully charged, but still needs to be plugged in. Once it boots up and I unplug it right away, it shuts off. If I wait a couple minutes it is fine.

I was rooted running NK2. I did a factor reset and it continued to shut down. I went to SamMobile download a fresh NK2 and flashed it via Odin 3.10. Still shuts down. Downgraded to MK1. Still does it.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
