no wifi, bluetooth and screen mirroring i317 topic

hello. I'm running stock cnj1 in my note 2 i317. the problem is that when I turn on wifi, does like it will turn on and then off. I do the same with bluetooth and the screen mirroring the same. any solution? I flashed stock kernel cnj1, modem cnj1 and bootloader cnj1 and tz param cnj1 and still the same. thank you
