IF YOU HAVE WIFI, but imei "unknown" baseband "unknown"

First, you will need a device with CM11S, version 44S. Only this version. So if you need, install it.

Install TWRP recovery in fastboot.

after install, "fastboot reboot", when the device is power on, shutdown.
And enter into recovery with VOL- and power.

Install SuperSU-v2.42 with TWRP, reboot your system and when is power on, open a CMD, and type

adb shell
su
setprop sys.usb.config diag,adb

press home button, and that it's all with the phone. Start with the PC.


IF YOU HAVENT' WIFI , and imei "unknown" baseband "unknown"

Please you have to install ColorOS to recover WIFI.

Please shutdown your device, with the VOL+ press, please insert the USB cable, ONLY VOL+, you have to install "QHUSB_BULK" driver who is in the folder "driver" inside the folder "Reparacion_OnePlusOne_by_ElHechicero", click in start, and wait..... when you see a letters in green the process it's over. So please disconnect your device from PC. And press POWER button about 5 seconds. When you feel it vibrates, you can stop pressing the button. Wait and configure, YOU WILL SEE YOUR WIFI AGAIN. But it's no over.
Shutdown your device and connect in fastboot mode (VOL+ and POWER). In the pc, open the folder where you unzip all, press the shift key and hold, right click on the folder "cm-11.0-XNPH44S-bacon-signed-fastboot" click in "Open Command Window Here" and type this one by one:

fastboot flash system system.img

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

fastboot flash cache cache.img

fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin

fastboot flash sbl1 sbl1.mbn

fastboot flash dbi sdi.mbn

Now, the device will boot in CM11S, with wifi. So continue:

IF YOU HAVE A 32 bits operating system, you will see two A0001 in devices manager

click in the first, and install like the images 1 to 10.And when you open QPST, use the port who is in my case COM3.






IF YOU HAVE A 64 bits operating system, you will see two A0001 in devices manager

click in the first, and install like the images 1 to 10.And when you open QPST, but possibly you will see HTC USB Modem in "Modems". Rightclick and select Properties; In the Modem tab in the top left corner you will see Port: COM<number>. Remember that COM<number> or write it down or simply leave the window open for future reference.



Open QPST configuration, then go to ports, "add new port" and enter your port with "COMx" in my case is "COM3". Then go to the tab "start clients" and select software download, select the QCN file, and click in start, the process take about 30 seconds. If you are in CM11, you will see that QPST can't reset your phone, so do it manually. Reset and now you have a QCN, and three possibilities:

-Have imei and signal. ALL RIGHT, THATS ALL.

-Have imei but in signal you will see 2147483647 dBm 255 asu, you need to reflash the modem in TWRP. And finish.

-Don't have a baseband and imei "unknown" and signal 2147483647 dBm 255 asu.

Well, that's a problem. But i have the solution, first, connect your device in adb mode, open CMD and type

adb shell
su
setprop sys.usb.config diag,adb

press home button, and go to the pc.

open RF NV Item manager, but you have to go to the directory, because if you open in programs, you will see a manual.

C:\Program Files\Qualcomm\QPST\bin\ and open RF_NV_Manager.exe with administrator privileges
Go to settings, comport, select your por COMX, click ok, and then go to the tab file and click in "Read From Phone".
Then go to the 550 line who is called: NV_UE_IMEI_I FIRST OF ALL CLICK IN HEX and complete with your imei, after you complete with your imei number, please click in "Write NV", wait 10 seconds, and reset your device manually. Well at this point, you have three options:

-Have imei but radio off and you can't change 3G to 2G or LTE, it's always in 3G. Put the QCN again, and only click in WRITE NV.

-Have imei but in signal you will see 2147483647 dBm 255 asu, you need to reflash the modem. And finish.

-Don't have imei. OH MAN you are doing something bad. But it's a rare case, Open RF NV manager and put your imei again, and write in.



RECOMMENDATIONS: Use CM11S and the version 44S, no upgrade to 05Q because this break your imei again, possibilty.
