Nexus 5 dead- No command error topic

Hi. My my Nexus 5 one morning went dead because of no reason. It is stuck on the booting screen (Circles).

Now it is not turning on. I entered into the bootloader by pressing Power+Vol down and went into recovery. There it shows no command error. I pressed Power + Vol up to get into recovery and then clicked on Factory reset. No luck still. Now the no command error is blinking.

Please help. The phone is on stock Lollipop rom. :crying:
