New to Moto G, few simple questions topic

Hello /G/,

I just got my Moro G LTE 1st Gen and I have a couple of simple questions. I am aware that some are more opinion based so I'd love anyone personal input.

1) Is Lollipop out yet for the G?
2) Are there any really good AOSP based ROMS? If so what ones do you recommend? I'm not really a big CM fan.
3) What are the top kernels that offer best mix of Battery/performance?
4) Are any Moto X features portable/ported?

Typically I prefer Stock or AOSP ROM's with just a couple of tweaks and a good solid kernel, so that is what I also intend to run on this phone as well.
