moto e cyanogenmod issue topic

I have no idea if I am asking at the right place but I need
Help to fix these two issues with CM11 in moto E 1st gen
I am a serious INGRESS player so I need these two things to work properly before CM11 it was working fine
But now it takes 5 minutes for my GPS to lock my accurate position PLEASE HELP

1.GPS not working
2.internet is not working properly
