[MOD][HowTo] Remove SMS From Call Log topic

SOCIALIZE IT ⇨

Hello XDA users :D

You need :
1- Apktool for compiling
2- txt editor ( Notepad++ )
3- logsprovider.apk ( from system/priv-app


Steps :
1- decompile logsprovider.apk
2- go to :


Code:


smali\com\sec\android\provider\logsprovider\LogsProvider.smali

3- open LogsProvider.smali by notepad++ and search for :

    const-string v3, "logs"

    const-string v4, "sms"

    const/16 v5, 0x9

4- Delete second line , after delete :


Code:

    const-string v3, "logs"

    const/16 v5, 0x9

5- now save file and recompile logsprovider.apk
