[mod] Turn on Application permissions for Settings on Lollipop (App opps) topic

SOCIALIZE IT ⇨

I have added functionality Applications Permissions (app oops)on stock rom Lollipop. No need to install any third party applications .(Only I9500 stock rom).
DOWNLOAD
Copy to Priv-app/secsettings/ .( Backup you file.)
Reboot :D
