Micromax Canvas A1 (Android One Mobile) Touch Naviation Problem after update lollipop topic

I have updated my Micromax canvas a1 to lollipop after that suddenly the navigation button (bottom 3 buttons Left - Go Back, Center - Go Home and Right - remove the apps) is not working.... Please help how to over come this, I have restored my mobile too... but not working till now.
