mc5 problem only in i9500 topic

so previous version of modern combat 5
was working fine i think as i can see in youtube
but after spring update, it takes so much to load the app when i open it
and i try to connect multi player, takes too much too load, then says disconected
i tested this game on my fathers i9505 it worked fine
but here takes so much time loading and multiplayer doesnt work
dont tell me to contact gameloft or something they dont respond
please help
