m7 completely bricked? Need help topic

Hello,

I'd like to have a stock recovery and rom because I want to sell my phone. I have the 1.66 BL and I'm on S-ON.

I unfortunately deleted my complete partition but I somehow manages to push ARHD on my sdcard and install it from there. But then, after a reboot, I get the message "unfortunately, system UI has stopped".

I can't copy anything on my SDcard and I can't use ADB Sideload because my computer wont find my m7 anymore. I can't use adbpush because it also wont work since the computer wont find my one.

I'm on windows 8.1 x64 bit.

Could you guys help me? Is it totally bricked?
