Lost my IMEI and the phone go crazy help me pls i just buy this phone .. topic

Hello, i rooted my phone yesterday and every thing was cool the phone work perfectly and i did something stupid i updated today with the officiel kitkit 4.4.2 then the fkn is gone crazy the screen touch not calibrated he work but work so bad i can't do **** with it when i connected the phone to my pc it goes like in the pic figure1
i cant turn it off sometimes i wanted to install a rom in download mode but Odin software can't detect it help me pls guys
