LG Android MTP failure topic

I keep getting "LG Android MTP failure" every time I try to connect my phone to the PC.I've tried everything. My drivers are all up to date. I'm using windows 7 HP. If anyone has a fix please let me know. I'm trying to get it back to stock,so I can get it replaced. Thanks
