Issue with texting on 4g topic

I have just switched back to a stock rom after installing the latest xddaeb rom and running into a texting problem. Everytime I connect to 4G or H+ I cannot send text messages. No matter what I do, I tot(ed) back to 10b numerous times I even used KDZ to eliminate a problem within the tot process. My apn is correct, I'm using the same one from my LG G3 and my g3 works like a charm. I've tried swapping out the sim to a different phone to eliminate the problem and it does. I dont know what I can do and I need your help.
