Is there a way to simulate 10" screen? topic

I would like to install the new MS PowerPoint on my N9005 so that I can make presentation with playable movies inside - s.t. that ONLY the MS Powerpoint app can do. Unfortunately the app require minimum of 10" devices.
So the question is - Is there a way to "lie" the app without decompiling it? A script? A setting in build.prop?
