is there an app like this (barcode stock control) topic

i need an app to scan a barcode and then remove 1 of an item quantity from my pc
example:
I have 101 wallets i pull my phone out scan a barcode it sends the message to my pc basically saying "hey one has been sold change 101 to 100"
and then the pc stock will update to reflect the scanned barcode.
i need it to only happen if it is scanned on the same network as my pc though so people dont scan at home to see and my stock goes down
any suggestions?
