Is App2SD broken? topic

Let's cut to the chase and say that either I did something wrong or there is big bad bug. When i move game or app to the SD Card it actually moves only a very small part of the app. So when i tried move Hearthstone (about 1,5 GB) it moved only 45 MB. So my question is: Is this function that uselles or i did something wrong?
