HTC S-Off Java Card topic

Wondering if anyone has any suggestions on where to purchase? Would this one do the trick? Also, if available I would be willing to share the credits, not sure how many it takes to s-off 1 phone but I see it has 2000 credits.

Thanks for any input, I'm new to the whole java card aspect I have always used the more popular methods like moonshine and sunshine etc.
