HTC Desire 610 LCD replacement.

hi guys I have just changed my screen on my HTC and found that the LCT digitizer has broken as well are there any tutorials about or is there much more to taking the LCD out once the screen is off?

any advice/photos or links to tutorials would be cool found screen one but none seem to take the LCD out
