How to remove/disable app(s) on G900P/Android 5 DEODEXED STOCK(ish) ROM? topic
Hi all. I used to be able to easily disable apps on a rooted stock ODEXED ROM, by simply locating the application's odex file, in Root Explorer, and renaming it .NOdex. But the new lolipop uses the ART system, and the ROM I'm on (MetalROM) is a slightly modified stock AO6, and is DEODEXED. So my previous trick, no longer applies. Anyone know how to remove, or otherwise disable an unwanted app, that won't turn off. Specifically; Geo News, My Magazine, and Sprint Zone.
Thanks!
