Hi i have a Tmobile NOTE 4 so i dont have the first clue how to do this for the Verizon Note 4 . Reason i need to know is because my brother updated to lollipop and his phone is constantly freezing and restarting. Would a master reset help this or can you use odin or kies and return to kit kat . If so is there a link or a thread to get the odin tar from. thanks in advance
