How to get back to download mode? topic

I have a d801, Currently I have D80130a. I want to go back to stock, but I am having a few issues.
1. Can't get into download mode. It takes me to Fastboot mode.
2. Can't get into Recovery, takes me to Fastboot mode.
3. Trying to re root my phone, but it can't lokify my files.
Any help would be great. Thank you
