How does Trusted Voice work? topic

I got the new smart lock feature named trusted voice on the phone. I 1st disabled the moto voice, then i enabled it from google now settings and also retained my voice model.

Now its supposed to unlock the phone skipping the pin lock after saying "Ok Google". But instead it does a voice search for me and asks for a pin or pattern after that.

How do i get it to work?
