HELP with TWRP after 5.0 upgrade topic

so yeah i bit the bullet and upgraded from kk to 5.0 i then rooted using the pre rooted firmware method and it works amazing really happy!!

however i went to flash some zip files using NUTs dual recovery and i have an issue it says "cant moun t /storage /sdcard /cache etc it seems to think there is no OS installed and also when i press volume up to access CWM i just goes into the bootloop and i have to restart the phone.

Anyone else having this problem?

any help would be greatly appreciated
