help: sim unlocking HTC One M8 HK edition lolipop topic

hi i have htc one m8 hk with lolipop 4.20.654.10
i want to use it with my GSM sim. kindly guide me how to unlock it.
is it possible to unlock without s-on as presently i am s-on and bootloder unlocked, custom recovery installed.

i tried following methos on stock and bad boys rom but non of them working for me.
