Hi All,

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, i couldn't decide where it should live.

My Samsung Galaxy Tab S recently became victim to theft.
I had Avast Anti-Theft installed, rooted and supposedly hard-reset proof.
Unfortunately, a week later, Avast has had no contact with my beloved tablet and it appears the thief got around my anti-theft protection.

I've just got a new one from my insurance payout, and i'm looking for advise on helping to make it as recoverable as possible should this one also go walkies from me.

I've lost faith in Avast Anti-Theft now, as logging in daily to see if it had communicated so I could mark it as lost and wipe the data became a tad soul destroying.

Any tips/ideas?
