(Help) Fail to upgrade rom by OTA? topic

Hi, i need your help to upgrade rom Now my phone has boot unlock + s-off + superCID and has unroot + stock recovery 4.4.2. i try to upgrade rom by ota but failed. i'm a new htc fan, so i dont know much. Pls help me. i see an OTA zip file in Download, what i can do with that file? ofcause i dont want lost all data
