Google services not working topic

So I can't get my tablet to do many things. YouTube videos fail to play, just show loading, even advertisements. Play store will not download anything, it just says downloading. Tried buying a cheap app, it worked. No download. Clicked refund, I get an error. Rebooted several times. Cleared cache, data, and everything else I could think of from play services, framework, store, etc. Uninstalled all updates and still nothing. What is there left to do?
