Google play services update stops at 59% topic

My Google play services says it needs updating, I've been trying to do this for 30 minutes, but it keeps freezing at 59% and won't budge.
None of my apps will update, they just say downloading, but nothing progresses.

I've tried 2 different WiFi and even tried over my 4g data connection.

It's annoying, as I'm now getting constant errors about Google play services has stopped working and one about gapps has stopped working

I'm on CM12CAF build and have made no changes to my phone.

I have no problems browsing and downloading
