[FIX] Mobile data not working after lollipop update topic
Hey guys,
Had this mobile data not working problem after updating to lollipop.
I swept through some forums and realised most people were experiencing the same .
Well, here's a fix. (worked for mmine) [Don't forget the thanks Button]
First copy your important stuff from your memory to a pc oh don't forget to sync your contacts too. Good.
First we enter recovery mode:
How to Enter Recovery Mode on your
Motorola Moto G:
Start by turning off the handset by pressing the Power button
and then selecting ‘power off';
§ After a few seconds, you have to press the Volume up and
Volume down buttons along with the Power button
simultaneously until the Moto G boot menu is displayed on your
device;
§ Scroll down by using the Volume Down button until you reach
‘recovery’ and the press the Volume Up button for selecting the
option;
§ Wait for the Android logo to appear on your Moto G;
Press Volume Up and Volume Down buttons together and then
do the same for the Power button;
§ The recovery mode menu should appear instantly;
The process of entering the Recovery Mode on your Motorola
Moto G is over.
STEP 2
Now scroll with the Volume key down to "wipe cache" press the power button to initiate it
When formatting is complete scroll up to "factory wipe wipe". This will reset the phone to factory state.
Reboot when that's done. Cheers
NB: THE BOOT WILL TAKE LONG THAN IT NORMALLY DOES. Be patient
