Emergency Calls Only topic

Hello,

It has been a rough day today. I had a Galaxy S3 on Android 4.1.2. I rooted it and flashed a 4.3 firmware. The phone recognized the card and the signal bar was full. However, I couldn't make any phone calls because it says "Not registered on network" and it says Emergency Calls Only. IMEI and baseband are fine. I tried Ariza and even installing patched kernel with patched modem but they made baseband unknown (no service). I tried downgrading to 4.1.2, still the same.

Any ideas what can I do now?
