Hi people. It's my first post here, so if I'm doing something wrong, I would gladly hear any words, that could improve that situation.

Anyway - my Droid 3 died today. At least, it behave in kinda strange pattern. Yesterday's night it drained battery to 1% (fully normal way of discharging, nothing suspicious),so I decided to gave it about 30 minutes of extra charging time. Then I used phone for rest of the day (again to 1%), so when my phone turned off I was like "ok, time for proper charging".

However - no charging comes. Screen is still black, no signs of charging have been observed. Everytime, when I used this phone (around 2 years) - pluging a wall charger ALWAYS give white light from diode (for around a sec), then screen shows "dual core tech" and animation of charging started. Now - no such things. Different battery (unused of over a year) doesn't show any signs of possitive behaviour (might be charged too short, tbh), fastboot mode (power off, music down key, power on for 5-6 sec, relase power, release music) doesn't show up. Also - either battery doesn't force white diode near usb/hdmi slots to glow,when wall charger is put.
Only thing I have is white diode glow for 3-4 secs, when I'm pluging my phone into USB PC cable. No extra signs from PC itself, no extra action from myself (including different key wariations).

Could it be that phone simply died? It has been watered around 7 months ago, after screwing it down into pieces and putting pieces together (no extra cleaning or stg like this) became to work again, until now.

I haven't been mixing anything with kernel or core since few months (I'm using 2.3.6 with polish language as a swap from...spanish I think). Any extra data about stuff might be hard to get, since phone is "dead" (or dead).

I'll try now to leave it with old, wattered battery (or should I rather swap it for unused one?) to see, how things will work (if they do).

I've checked few other topics here - one was typed with so mysterious "english" that I couldn't get anything useful out of it, the rest contains mostly things connected with some software. I'm simply hoping that phone coulnd't just bricked itself on his own with no particular reason. Or, mine new app (newest, Google Play's version of ColorNote) is behind this?

Thanks for all kinds of help, I'm hoping that I've put here all info You wanna know. Oh, by the way - I'm the third owner of the phone - first was from USA, then Polish guy, then me. I'm using it almost 2 years now, had to change LCD screeen tape in summer 2013, phone has been wattered in summer 2014 (after some ressurection work, it worked normally, but water testers are red now).
