Deleting and re-installing stock ROM? topic

Hi, I'm new in forum and I have a problem. My status bar suddenly disappeared and many apps started to crash, I have factory reset it many times but It wasn't help me so I decided to delete ROM and re-install it. My phone is unrooted and I don't know how to do it.
