Delete words from built in dictionary?? topic

I am just wondering, with being rooted, if that somehow means there is some way to remove factory words??

i use swype, i LOVE swype,,,, but often, very often, when i swype "getting" it puts "ferrying". I will never in legit conversation use the word ferrying, ever.

any way to get rid of it?? I tried the long holding while highlighted and stuff that you can find on google... none of it works
