[D800][Fix] for audio distortion in Lollipop (using JB Modem) topic

For all those having audio distortion in VOIP apps in lollipop using JB modem, use this fix.

1- Download the attached fix file.

2- Go into recovery (e.g. TWRP) and mount System partiton.

3- Go to File Manager and copy the downloaded file (audio_policy.conf) to /system/etc

4- Change file permission to 0644, and reboot. :)

Backup your old audio_policy.conf just in case.

Tested on D800 running Resurrection Remix v5.3.9 with Render Kernel R11, Rotation works and no distortion. :good:
