"Please connect watch with Android device" message topic

SOCIALIZE IT ⇨

I have a G3 and for the past few weeks I would always get that connect watch to android device message randomly and its quite annoying. It pops up when I'm not even near my Moto 360 with Bluetooth off. I can't pin point why it's popping up. It even popped up twice when I was typing this post! I posted a pic of what the message looks like. Any help would be great!
