Here`s OnePlusOne camera and gallery packages extracted from CM12s.
It`s 100% working on CM12 and CM12.1 on ks01lte, should work for all CM12/12.1 roms and devices

Just copy them in appropriate place and fix permissions for both folder and files.

1. copy CameraNext and GalleryNext folders to /system/app
2. copy lib folder to /system/ and overwrite
