Cannot unlock sim - t mobile lg g2 topic

Hello Guys,

I have a problem with my Phone LG G2!
I bought a LG G2 - T Mobile version. I filled all settings manually and worked until now very good!
I wanted to enable LTE - 4G without success. It seems it's locked! So i tried to unlock the phone with no success!

It is permanently locked! Any ideas how i can unlock it?
