background data issue? topic

Hey guys. Ia anyone having any issues with background data? I don't get push Notifications When im not on WiFi. Even when I'm on WiFi, my screen needs to be on to retrieve them. I've tried toggling the background data setting on and off. Music seems to work fine though, streaming. Tried prl and profile updates and even hard reset. I also installed the software update. anyone else having the same issue? Ia there a setting I'm missing?
