AT&T Htc One M7 (Htc Startup Logo Appears and then Black Screen) topic

I have Htc One M7 Model: PN07120 CID: CWS_001
Am stuck on Android Version 4.3 with Sense 5.0 Software number 3.17.502.3 and not getting further Updates.
So i Unlock Bootloader & get S-off with the help of threads here. Phone is working after all of this.
Talk to ClsA he says follow these steps to Update your phone:

as soon as it's done your ready to flash the 7.x Lollipop RUU

After getting S-off flash with 4.18.502 firmware as he says but after flashing "Only HTC Startup Logo Appears and then Black Screen comes nothing happened"

Also try to flash with 5.12.502.2 firmware, 3.17.502.3_firmware_darkboot, hboot_rumrunner_att_3.17.502.3 but phone is not responding still having black screen.
Don't have backup of my phone.:(
