All browsers hijacked topic

Firefox , Chrome and stock browser now display a bogus site called Higames.cc . None of the browsers support homepage configurability ( huge security flaw) . So i cannot change the homepage. Has anyone had this malware? Is there a hijack cleaner that might wipe this clean? I did try to clear cache,cookies, temps, and full browser factory resets including reinstalls and still the homepage directs to the scam site.
