910C - exynos 5433 - will ever get 64 bit enable topic

As I couldn't find any topic about this I decided to create one.
Will note 4 exynos version ever get 64 bit enable.
I don't think it will get officially from Samsung. But is it really possible to port from S6?
Is there some dev working on this?
