Finally I found a 100% working method to install non-play store/ 3rd party apps for 2nd user/ guest user Ac on stock lollipop 5.0.2 based roms.

Requirements:
Xposed framwork for lollipop 5.0.2
DirectAPKInstall module
ES File explorer
Done.

Just download above module then activate it by reboot......& u are done.
Now you can go to 2nd user account. Select your desired App from sd-card> install
