1 GB RAM and much lag on light games like subway surfers (Stock official 4.4.2 NK1) topic

I have bought a new grand 2 two days ago
I found that its RAM is 1 GB
Is it normal ?

Also it lags alot while playing any game ( i.e. subway surfers )
I clean the RAM before playing and the storage has 3.5 GB Free space

I am Running on stock official 4.4.2 NK1 ROM

Any suggestions pleas ?
