[Q] Question regarding notifcations on the lock screen topic
I have seen this on both the G900 and 870, remember in kitkat, you would get the little notification icons on the top bar? I've noticed they're gone. I know we get the notifications on the screen now. But, I was wondering if there's a way to get the icons back in addition or supplemental to the new notifications on screen. I noticed the icons do still come up if you're on your home screen of a different app. Sorry if this is a silly question, but figured I'd ask on here and see what happens.Thanks!

Who's confident we will see 1 or 2 more OTA'S topic
Who's confident that HTC will go the xtra mile and get the bugs fixed especially with camera .Who thinks we haven't seen the last of the OTA Fixes and would the next come sooner or likely much later .
I wonder if it will be based on enough Consumer Complaints ?
Just traded my s6 in for m9 Took the Ota and camera is bad as everyone says still .I believe battery life can be fixed with my tip as it worked for the s6.

[Q] Exctracting boot partition on LB? topic
Hi, can someone help me with extracting boot ramdisk from boot partition?
I am on Z3 .690 LB and need to modify init.rc and other files. I can without problems extract the boot partition using dd from /dev/block/mmcblk0p14
however the resulting image fails any extraction tries with abootimg or unmkbootimg, reporting that it is not valid Android boot image...
Is it in any way possible to get the ramdisk from boot partition (and best put it modified back)?

Hello everyone!
I have a chinese Android, which however much I tried I have not found the name (I understand it is a problem). The fact is that it fell into the my hands a couple of months ago and couldn't resist to play with it. I think accidentally deleted some system files as root. Since then it doesn't synchronize any service automatically. Althoug as it's Chinese I can not synchronize the GPS (I'm from Europe). To say that I've tried everything so I have de following question:
System Restore is not going to solve anything because as I said I deleted root files (besides I've already tried). Would it be possible to reinstall my original version of Android in some way? Taking advantage, could settle a Western version with the European GPS settings?

Battery Drains soo fast topic
My s3 battery drains so fast in which 60% battery drains in less than 15 mins and after switching off my phone and pluggin charger battery suddenly boost ip to 56~58%. Don't know why my phone battery acting abnormally. Factory reset my phone but still the problem exista
